Director Details

Passionate about drama and films from early childhood days, Bani Chand built his career as a visual effects artist in the film industry. Having associated with many major studios in India in different key roles,  he focused in on-set VFX Supervision. In the year 2020, he made his directorial debut with one of the most expensive Malayalam music single ‘LOKAME’ under the production banner of Actress Mamta Mohandas starring Mr. Mohan Lal and Mamta Mohandas along with rap singer Ekalavyan. Bani Chand started his career as a visual effects artist and has been in Malayalam Movie Industry since 2008. He associated with more than 600 South Indian movies working along with major VFX studios like Gemini FX, Prism & Pixels, Indian Artist. Later he joined Anibrain technologies at Pune where he was fortunate to work in Hollywood projects. He is the co-founder and director of M/s Coconut Bunch Creations Pvt Ltd, the studio which is a top leading service provider in visual effects in South Indian state of Kerala. After 12+ years in VFX career, he has now joined TVC Factory as an Ad Film Director, the leading Production house in South India. In 2021 he successfully directed his first TV commercial for Village Dairy ice cream starring Aparna Balamurali.
